Community Health Alliance Uganda (CHAU) launched its project activities in December 2023 as part of the Africa REACH national grants program, with a focus on leveraging community-led initiatives and technology to improve HIV service delivery. CHAU’s innovative approach involved the development of a digital health platform to enhance data management and support community health workers in providing better-targeted care for adolescents living with HIV. Engaging key stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health, CHAU has made significant progress in integrating this digital solution into the national health system, ensuring a lasting impact on HIV management in Uganda.
