2024 National Grants Programme
The 2024 National Grants Programme advanced Africa REACH’s mission to end AIDS in children and young people by supporting youth-led and community-driven organisations across the continent. Through innovative digital platforms and community-centred approaches, grantees strengthened grassroots advocacy, expanded access to sexual and reproductive health education, and improved adherence to HIV treatment, contributing to stronger community engagement and evidence-based advocacy for policy change.
